You have email, phone, text, social media so it's not too hard to reach and get to know people.

Open house, social media, blogging, talking to friends and family, door knocking...

Unless you get lucky with your social media marketing and find a competent unrepresented buyer and you both can figure out how to complete all of the state required and legally required residential documents, which are not difficult, but it would take time and trial and error to complete correctly.

My closest mastermind friends are people who were/are not my closest social friends. 

I want to be able to google them. especially in the finance world with the amount of social scamming going on these days.2. they say they are SF based but have a Nevada phone number.. also to do the loan business and be based in SF they need license's which are not displayed on their website and need to be .

**It is in a very high up and coming area of town, 1.5 miles from beach and .5 mile from town center/ social area. 

To add to that I am looking to help real estate agents with social media marketing by providing them with information on how to get better views.That being said, somehow I am struggling to get clients.

For example, some fail to include their social security number fearing it will be "stolen"; however, if you are running a screening on them you typically need this.If they fail to provide income criteria it's because they already know they don't meet your income requirements (IF you have listed this on your ads).I've had some fail to address the part that asks if they've ever been evicted. 

Because I have the social skills necessary to work with them like that.
