Hello BP,

Has anyone purchased a note from wealthcreatinginvestments.com? They have a note for sale that is in my geographic region and I think it would be a good fit for my first note. I would like to know if this is a reputable company or if I am falling into a trap....

Thanks for the help!

Replied

I"ve never heard of them. Their website looks pretty generic in terms of business description. Just make sure you do thorough due diligence on the asset and the loan sales agreement has the usual seller reps & warrants
