Aerial Media (Photography & Video)

New to the forums, I'm not too sure if this is the right location to post this topic but I am hoping folks here can help me out. I am an aerial media company by use of drone, that being said I'm also doing interior walk through videos to hopefully be a one stop shop for a realtor. To add to that I am looking to help real estate agents with social media marketing by providing them with information on how to get better views.

That being said, somehow I am struggling to get clients. I recently have been offering a one time free service which is to help display my services to the potential client in addition to building my portfolio.

My question to the real estate professionals, when looking for that type of service (aerial video / photos / house walk through videos) what exactly would be what you're looking for? What would be the best way to get in touch with the realtors in a non-annoying, professional manner that is most preferred.
