I have noticed a lot of new development beginning to happen in and around the 33311 zip code, more specifically around Sistrunk Boulevard (6th Street).

I’ve looked and come across a lot of depreciated homes in the 32209 & 32208 zip that seem to be looked over and wonder if any investors ever thought to fix them up and rent out to section 8 vouchers holders?

I'm currently in town, driving around to get a "feel" of the areas and neighborhoods, kind of overwhelming so many areas, zips, and different tax for each.

Can we add this to the calculators on BP somehow, perhaps it is triggered when the zip code is inputted. 

One of my favorite Zip Codes in Memphis is showing 600 Properties in either Bankruptcy, Preforeclosure, or Foreclosure.

It's easy to see that if I start researching every town here individually, it can take quite a bit of time :)And I don't mind researching these individual cities or even zip codes, but initially I want stats of the region as a whole, based on which I can decide if I should drill down further or look at another real estate market.

The goal isn't to buy properties with really cool zip codes. 

Which would you suggest for the following scenario:-Not a wholesaler-Looking for personal deal flow in a small geographic footprint 4 primary zip codes and 6 secondary ones.- Have some experience setting up CRMs like Zoho, Insightly, FreshSales and working, as a user, in Salesforce-Capacity of 2-4 projects at a a timeThanks!
