Wholesaling to build money in order to invest in Jacksonville FL
I’m A newbie trying to find the best way to build cash in order to eventually invest in multi family property down the line.
Is wholesaling a good route to increase funds? I’ve looked and come across a lot of depreciated homes in the 32209 & 32208 zip that seem to be looked over and wonder if any investors ever thought to fix them up and rent out to section 8 vouchers holders? Is that such a big risk to reframe from doing so?
