Podio + DealMachine?
If just starting to get systems in place is it worth setting up / operating out of both Podio and DealMachine or is there a high amount of functionality crossover?
Which would you suggest for the following scenario:
-Not a wholesaler
-Looking for personal deal flow in a small geographic footprint 4 primary zip codes and 6 secondary ones.
- Have some experience setting up CRMs like Zoho, Insightly, FreshSales and working, as a user, in Salesforce
-Capacity of 2-4 projects at a a time
Thanks!
