Anyone know rental demand vacancy in San Antonio area
Hi, I'm from San Diego, I own a couple of properties here and flipped a few, but I'm finding that San Diego is getting very competitive and expensive and I can't compete in this market. So I have been looking for a good area to buy rentals buy and hold with some cash flow and decent appreciation, for what I gather, San Antonio seems to have a lot of good going on, employment is pretty good, the population is growing, income is growing... all good sign for investing, but I'm also seeing a lot of new construction coming up and I'm concerned of overbuilding and high vacancy on rentals. Does anyone have an opinion on that? Also, would you recommend SFR or small multifamily?
Thank you all
Antonia

@Wai Chan if you’re looking in Kansas City there are quite a few good spots. I’d look at Olathe/Overland Park area. Very nice suburban neighborhoods.
