Hi All - I live in New York and looking to start investing in Ohio or PA.

Will the area demand a higher rent if your apartment is improved to those standards or will you over do it on the upgrade and not be able to get what your apt should go for due to the area.

Please help me evaluate this deal:New construction SFH in Tucson, AZ area.  3 bed, 2 bath, 1512 sq ft. 

The best answer will come from an attorney in your area but here is some general advice: The place should be left broom-clean (hopefully that is in your lease).

VRBO cancel policies are a crock of ****.

The gulf coast is a great market and offers opportunities in all 3 areas.
