From what I understand, there was a lot of unscrupulous L/O practice occuirng in the valley (deep south Texas) and a lot of first generation immigrants were getting taken to the cleaners and loosing the shirts off their backs from predatory L/O operator practices.

Those sites can be difficult to rank for top keywords in your area (for several SEO reasons).I would recommend Wordpress becasue it's free and you will have a much better CMS to add and manage your content.
