I want this year to be better than last year I don't know were I went wrong but I just went to a seminar and learned I cant find a deal I have to make a deal so with that being said were can I market the best to homeowners that needs to sell whats the best way yellow letters , bandit signs etc..

Whatever you are looking for, I have always found direct mail to be king. If you want to start small with a 200 mail sample, you could even try to write the letters yourself. You can also copy a hand written letter to yellow lined paper. Also depending on your budget, you may want to go with postcards. For some reason we have found postcards get a better call back rate than yellow letters. I wish you the best of luck on your future endeavors!
