There currently is not a laundry mat in our small town and the local car wash is pretty run down as well.

Maybe they washed their morbidly obese Bernese Mountain Dog in this sink, maybe they just filled the sink with hot water and let the cast iron warm up and it cracked.Toss this thing and put in an inexpensive drop-in double-bowl stainless sink.

Make sure they offer laundry services and will put out any paper goods.

In the Indy and Midwest a duplex is usually a 2% gross, but I've been able to add to that with basic landscaping, laundry and a few other things.

They all want blackout curtains and in-unit or at least on-site laundry facilities.

Tips:1) Invest in a better camera - the picture quality is poor2) Advertise on Craigslist in surrounding areas, this place looks far from jobs3) You don't have any information for laundry and parking. 4) High deposit for so few amenities - either add the amenities or lower the deposit

I had a SFR with a detached storage/laundry room….it had to pass. 

I'd also like referrals for a realtor, maid (for cleaning, washing linens, making beds, stocking supplies), lawn care and pool care (I hope I can get a place with a pool).
