Cracked kitchen sink

Posted

Tenant reported cracked in the kitchen sink yesterday.

This was not there before. Tenants have been in the house for 9 months. Normal wear and tear or misuse? Do I charge the tenants cost of repair?

What kind of sink? That is not normal wear and tear  and I would charge them but you can ask the repair person.  If you have silgranite sink we have used epoxy to repair but yours looks pretty big. Stainless steel is preferable for tenants.
