Has anyone posted on Marketplace and sold or bought a property.

BP,     I'm very green to the realty investing world and looking at getting my first rental unit. 2 years ago we bought our townhouse, our current home.

Currently my husband is AD and we have never bought a home due largely to being stationed overseas and in very expensive areas.

We bought our first house in the UK and lived in it while fixing it up. 

Anyway when we bought our first house in 2011, we paid 200k+.

For what it's worth, the current owner bought it for $40k in 2013 and rehabbed to its current state with new major capex items.

So, I bought a new drone.I've been lucky over the last 15 plus years to have a lot of great tenants.  

It had about two inches of standing water before we bought it, but the water has since then receded. 

Here is the situation:1) Buyer  bought a property and have two mortgages (Deed of Trusts) on the property from the same lender2) Buyer decided to refinance with the new bank (a new Deed of Trust), but the new deed of trust said this is a renew or extension of the first lien.3) The previous bank release the lien on the 1st mortgage.In this situation, does it make the 2nd Deed of Trust become the first lien since it record before then 3rd Deed of Trust?
