I bought all of my properties remotely, following Nate's strategy. can you post the two fix and flips you completed and the case studies on the rentals.

Prior to pandemic we used it a lot for ourselves and did AirBNB which was a gold mine for the 90 days that you are allowed to do it in the city.

Long story short, my portfolio's equity has grown to the point where the return on equity is so low that it has forced me to consider selling my 14 unit apartment building. 4 years ago when I bought this property for 445k and I dumped in 200k and has performed incredibly well and rents have grown, the building is now worth around 1.1M.

If I sell I would be able to get what I bought it for.

I bring experience navigating complex acquisitions and supporting investor strategies here in Florida's Gold Coast. 

I have had failures in real estate when I was younger and those lesions are worth more to me then gold.
