Make sure you are looking at Craigslist, MLS daily, and call ads by landlords and ask them if they would ever consider selling.

We check our vacancies on the market on a daily basis in order to make sure our owners property is secure/safe.

Taking one of those apart and getting it cleaned out at 11pm at night isnt a cup of tea,,,plus water pipes got in the road of my new electrical panel so had to move anyway...As said good quality faucets with 1/4 turn shutoffs for every fixture.
