Hi,In the coming year I'm planning on investing in a multifamily in New Haven county Connecticut and I need some BP recommendations for the following please:- investor friendly accountant- inspector that is thorough with insurance- insurance company for multifamily properties.Any suggestions in these areas would be GREATLY appreciated!!!

I usually meet the person face to face and give them a walk through after having them submit an application (which I review to see if they meet my qualifications).  

Similar situation as Jim’s: is W2 form really necessary (as Brian Eastman suggested) to add spouse to solo 401(k) plan, or can spouse simply be considered as a co-owner to an LLC?  

One thing I would suggest is to only unload the smallest amount of cash you can when securing the deal.  

If they start a fire or break a pipe then you would likely have coverage (review your policy for specifics) but if they are simply negligent or messy then you will have to pay out of pocket.

I am writing this here to ask if anyone has run up against this - and if they have any resources or suggestions for someone in this situation.Any and all suggestions will be gratefully considered!

Even if I have a potential tenant, I still have to do tenant screening and might not be a good tenant after all, and I end up without a tenant.Just want to know if anyone has any suggestion on how I can increase the showing for my rental SFH.
