Hi,In the coming year I'm planning on investing in a multifamily in New Haven county Connecticut and I need some BP recommendations for the following please:- investor friendly accountant- inspector that is thorough with insurance- insurance company for multifamily properties.Any suggestions in these areas would be GREATLY appreciated!!!

I usually meet the person face to face and give them a walk through after having them submit an application (which I review to see if they meet my qualifications).

If they start a fire or break a pipe then you would likely have coverage (review your policy for specifics) but if they are simply negligent or messy then you will have to pay out of pocket.

Even if I have a potential tenant, I still have to do tenant screening and might not be a good tenant after all, and I end up without a tenant.Just want to know if anyone has any suggestion on how I can increase the showing for my rental SFH.
