Hi Christian,Another suggestion for learning how to inspect properties would be to hire an inspector to walk the property with you.I actually just heard an interesting tip from Tarl on this BiggerPockets video at 16:21:Investment Property Inspections & Pre-Purchase Decisions w/ J Scott & Tarl YarberTarl said when he was first starting out, he would hire a home inspector to inspect the property with him and follow them around the house and ask them questions.

Other than that it worked perfectly.It was a somewhat older unit so out of good faith I replaced it with a slightly smaller pre owned fridge.
