Beginner Investor Financing

Hello Everyone,

My name is John Yiakras, and I am currently a 19 year-old student at the University of Texas in Austin. I am studying Petroleum Engineering but have have decided that I am going to get into Real Estate Investing for some added security and stability when oil is down. At this point I have been reading BP books, attending webinars, and have been listening to the podcast. I was wondering if anyone had any insight into raising money /creative financing for deals considering I am a college student with no income to prove. I  am a rising sophomore and my goal is to ideally get a small multifamily in the Austin area by my senior year. I would appreciate any insight/advice anyone could spare.

Best,

John Yiakras
