If you are going at this without any data then I would recommend starting with a few small campaigns like traffic, or video views so that you can start collecting audiences that you can use as your motivated audience indicator and create LAL audiences based on that particular audience so that Facebook finds more people like the ones that have already shown you that they are interested.

Watch Brandon's videos on how to evaluate a property and then practice it daily.

I watched several of his videos and I found a lot of good information.

Was not sure how to describe this post but here is the question:If I use XYZ LLC to buy property and have a lead generation website and videos of me explaining items for potential leads, then subsequently rent the properties acquired, would there be any concern with the tenant being able to look up XYZ LLC that they are renting from and find the buying website and my videos on there?

@Zaide Willis,There are a lot of videos, audio-books, and podcasts that address this. 

We had to build a relationship with local realtor who steered us in the right neighborhoods and who managed the contractor, sent us photos/videos.
