You would just need an appraisal release letter from your current lender and confirmation from the new lender that the appraisal is acceptable, per their requirements.

Even people with autistic children are liable for damage to a property and I don't see why they would not be liable if their children cause other people to move because they can't bare the disturbances.I would definitely write a nice and carefully-written letter to the tenant notifying the tenant that her child is disturbing others, ask your tenant what she (or he) can do to mitigate the disturbances.

We're guessing they might have looked into what's available, and found nothing cheaper.In our increase letter, we always note that our costs are rising (usually property tax), and that like any other business, we must pass those costs on to the consumer.TL;DR: A $25 increase is more than fair.

I advised him that per our agreement on the lease he now owed his security deposit since the initial term was over, and he found a one word loophole in the wording “next lease” and he delivered me a letter that his lawyer coworker friend wrote on legal letterhead, defending why he didn’t have to pay a deposit!
