Once I’m in a city I know I will be for a while I will hold my multifamily properties and begin buying and holding a mix of single and multifamily.

Hi Evelyn, I like to see investors diversifying equity over a mix of different property types.

Furthermore, you really need to have everything, including the mortgage, under the name of the LLC.Again, make sure you consult with a few qualified professionals (mix of legal and accounting). 

I was always wise with money but around 21 I really started hammering down and by 24 I owned a mixed use property with a rental, my own place to live and a plumbing business.

I'm not going to go through any friends or family, I don't want to mix business with those relationships.

I have heard mixed reviews about Spartan lately (big memphis Turnkey player) and the amount of time its taking them to find tenants.

This shift in the mix of homes sold towards more expensive properties has put considerable upward pressure on median prices, which are now up 14.8% in the past year!
