Birmingham still opportunities?
I’ve been investing in Memphis but shifting gears and now about to start in Birmingham Alabama. Being told a lot of investors are flooding there though which is why I got out of Memphis as it was over saturated. Those who invest in birmingham and surrounding area what’s your take? Advice?

@Marco Morkous the main thing to know about Birmingham is that it varies wildly from street to street. A very rough street will be just one block over from a desirable one, and it’s all very spotty. I would definitely personally investigate a neighborhood before seriously considering any property because even very close comps could be wildly inaccurate.
