Northern Va/Stafford Real Estate investor CPA References
I’m looking to buy and house hack my first small multi family property in the beginning of 2021. I have a fund of $10k+ and I am trying to decide if I should pay off my student loans completely or invest this money into a property and continue to pay monthly on the student loans. Hoping a real estate investing CPA would be able to assist and guide me on which route would create the better return.
