I have a 16 and a 17  so all good.I drove down from PDX to Las Vegas 1200 miles last month ( for our snow birding)  and hit the free chargers the whole way.My cars all are the cheapest you can buy LOL but I have auto pilot which I just love especially in bumper to bumper.. or on the open road speed limit in Idaho and Utah is 80mph  just set it up turn it on and monitor it.. just like flying the airplane on autopilot.. well not quite its not as sophisticated as a 3 axis fully coupled auto pilot.. but it does take stress off of you.we made 600 miles a day and that took 4 stops from 30 to 45 minutes each to supercharge.

Some of the issues contractors face with social media is they have been burned by the early bird run of the mill sites.

However, many investors aren't just chasing cash flows.

Bird dog, become a Realtor and sell some houses, use free lead sources etc.

I have a couple bird dogs sending me addresses for vacant/run down properties and after I looked up the owner names on public records I got stumped by the truepeoplesearch, spokeo, etc. 

I typically pick tbe agent that I knkw willwlrknhard for me or that has marketshare in that market to represent me 1) they are in the talking to the lenders regularly, so if they are closing deals lenders are chasing them to prove they can get there deals over the finish line. 2) if they’re active in that sub market, they are already in communication and probably have been showing the buyers properties and perhaps writing offers for them. 3) I find it easier to negotiate the offers through a broker than direct with the buyer.

You certainly can make it work -- I would caution with the proverbs: "The man who chases two rabbits, catches neither," and"No one can serve two masters.

@Chase Louderback not necessarily student housing, my thought was being close to a school would only help.
