Northern VA Realtor Looking to Jump into Multi-family rentals
Im looking to start purchasing multi-family units. would like to start with at least 2-4 units. I started looking in Richmond VA near VCU thinking it will be a great long term rental market for college kids but the entry down there is very high. Any recommendations for areas with low entry and great cash flow?

Check down the 81 corridor, Winchester, Harrisonburg (kind of high barrier to entry), Staunton, Roanoke, Blacksburg etc. Even Charlottesville is a solid growing market, great student housing opportunities.
