Greetings, How many people sell their properties FSBO and welcome buyers agents VS doing the entire transaction with the agent?

For the last 10+ years we have used a flat fee listing service for $400-$600 to enter the house in our local MLS & market the property abundantly on-line. You can go cheaper, but they might nickel & dime you for changes. We very much welcome buyers agents to sell our houses and gladly pay the 3% to them. I do believe buyers agents earn their commission. Too many listing agents now a days don't provide the value to justify earning 3%. Many do, but more than not they just put it on the MLS. I enjoy the selling, marketing, contract work of selling a home though. If you do not like that, then you can get a full service broker. I liken it to any part of the building or rehabbing process. I like doing electric work as well, so I could hire an electrician on a new build which would come out to be 1-2% of the sale price in fee, or I can do that part myself. Same thing, just depends what you like to do with your time & how much value you put on your time
