Here are a few, Saturday night so that it is seen by Church goers on Sunday and your calls begin on Monday.Friday night so that shoppers see them on Saturday morning and you might get a call before lunch Saturday.Sunday night so that people see it on their way to work Monday morningMy concern is that with weekday placement your calls will be in the evening or on people's lunch break unless it is targeted at wholesalers and other investors.

If the lease came after the notice, then your time window is much shorter.If there's any contact info in the letter, I'd be on the horn first thing in the morning asking questions.I'm not sure what a "motion of default" means.
