When to put out bandit signs?

Is there a certain day of the week or time of the day I should put them out? Just curious to know. Any feedback would be great. Thanks.

I have read different oppinions on this subject.
Here are a few, Saturday night so that it is seen by Church goers on Sunday and your calls begin on Monday.
Friday night so that shoppers see them on Saturday morning and you might get a call before lunch Saturday.
Sunday night so that people see it on their way to work Monday morning

My concern is that with weekday placement your calls will be in the evening or on people's lunch break unless it is targeted at wholesalers and other investors.
I have also read that your sign depending on where placed might last a few days so you have to take that into account.

I am going to try the Saturday Night theory this weekend. This is again, what i have read from others as i am starting my sign campaign tonite.

Thanks for the response. I read it is best to put them up friday after 5 because they def wont be taken down (at the earliest til monday). I have signs and was going to put them out tomorrow but I think I may just wait til friday. Just to be on the safe side. Any additional feedback would be great.

I always put them out Friday night... usually pretty late. When there is less traffic it is easier and safer too. Always find a place to put up permanent signs too. The longer they are up the more people see them. I particularly like to put up signs and leave them there for as long as possible. I generally wait to see if a city official calls then I go get them... otherwise they stay where they are. If they get taken, so be it... they aren't that expensive anyway.

Check your local city ordinances to determine when/where you are legally allowed to put them out (if at all). Some areas are very strict on this and will prosecute, others don't seem to care. I always put them out friday early afternoon but I find most calls come mid-week. Response can be erratic, some weeks nothing, other weeks 15 calls, keep this in mind if the first time doesn't perform like you expected.
