What do I do about internet/cell phone?

I deal with shortsales am looking for someone who is interested  in learning how to wholesale  and rehab properties and get paid as you learn, I will pay someone to door knock lis pendens I will pay a small fee to put a note on the door if no one is home, more money if they actually get a phone number from the owner and will split the profit if it gets listed or if I purchase.

Should I do phone screenings of interested potential applicants before they apply?

This should be able to accomplished with a single phone call.

Send them a text, email, or phone message asking where you are to send the remaining deposit.

@Sean Bell, wholesaling real estate can be a very simple process if you don't over think it.Title companies can provide you with lists based on tax records, that list won't exactly have the buyer's phone numbers or email addresses.

You pick up the phone and call them and find out what was going on?
