How to avoid LLC commingling

What are some tips to avoid commingling of LLC and personal funds? Separate checking account, credit card... What do I do about internet/cell phone? I use my phone for personal and rental use and deduct a % accordingly on taxes. The bill is paid from one account. Is this commingling? Or a home office deduction? Would these items lower liability protection?

Thanks
