Tenant Skipped paying last month and left a mess....

So my tenant skipped paying their last month of rent and also left the property in very poor condition. They also stopped returning calls and texts.

My question is, what should I do?

I do not have a forwarding address for them so I'm not sure what I should do "legally" to keep their entire security deposit and take action against them for their missed rent.

Advise?

Take them to court , send any mail to the address of the rental , they will be getting their mail  sent to them
