All final city/county/whatever inspections & certificate of occupancy (if applicable), final walk thru & successful completion of my punch list, receipt of release from the contractor and indemnification against any sub-contractors, etc.I'm new to REI, but I've been in project/program management for the better part of the last 25 years.

@Bernard DePascaleIf you’re talking about FL, there are two different types....1) a Tax Certificate where are essentially just loaning money to the county, they happen around the first week of June each year.

Basically it requires a test every 4 years to get certification to be legally compliant in Philadelphia.

Secondly, VA loans wouldn't work because although the flood certificate for the home had the floor inches above the flood plain, VA underwriting guidelines wanted about 5 more inches or they wouldn't loan on it.
