Feedback needed for Quick Cash Conversions / Tax Sale Arbitrage / Hooked On Overages

Hey there everyone. I'm new to investing and new to this forum, obviously. I've bought a couple of courses from different Gurus not knowing which direction I wanted to go in, but I think I've decided on Tax Lien Certificates for now, just to get started. I really like Tony Martinez and his information so far has been top notch.

However, I received an email yesterday from Stacy Kellams about his system "Quick Cash Conversions" for $97. It sounded a little intriguing since it has to do with Tax Sale Overages and thought it would lend well with the Tax Lien Certificates system. But after a little research it seems as though he has another system that is very similar called "Tax Sale Arbitrage" that sales for $995. There's even aspects of the sales presentations that are the same. And then I saw a thread on here about how it is the same system as Rick Dawsons "Hooked On Overages" and he was being sued by Mr. Dawson (which is how I came across this community).

To be a little more clear, I wasn't impressed by Mr. Kellams sales video for the "Quick Cash Conversions". The beginning was extremely hard to follow as it didn't make since most of the time. It also had too many curse words for me and was a little too flashy/negative. But looking past all that, the concept did seem a little intriguing having a non real estate aspect to it. Since I wasn't impressed by Mr. Kellams, I was wondering if Mr. Dawsons "Hooked On Overages" is truly the same and if so is it a better system than "Quick Cash Conversions"?

I may be new to all this, but I don't want to start something with a bad taste in my mouth. I'm really excited and committed to this new venture and would like a little guidance as to who in the business is reputable and who is not. If anyone has any knowledge of any of these systems or anything to contribute it would be greatly appreciated.

Cheers-

p.s. Yes I did read the post from Joshua Dorkin, and wanted to preference the fact that this was my first post because I came here looking for information specifically on this topic. But I can honestly say I am not affiliated to any of the above mention names and I am open and welcome to any honest feedback. I'm also very impressed with this website and community of investors and I look forward to participating more on different topics as well.

Roger,

I learned it from JK before there was an official program and I created my own niche that is not exactly what the course taught. I used the knowledge as a base and built upon it and figured out a different direction.

Is it super easy? No. Have I overcome the challenges? Yes. Am I willing to divulge my secrets? No ;-)
