There are always TOPS and Bottoms and Middles in the financial cycles. 

The gas line for my two-family ended in the middle of my home so I was the last house on the street that is able to convert. 

But if I lived there I would have my own plane with me.. so I would fly all over the East for fun and business.

I'm pretty new to BP and REI, but I'm in the middle of my first duplex deal in NL County.

We currently live in Murphy, which is east of Plano.

In the 80's I have been involved with construction and contractors building and repairing middle class single family homes. 

To give some background on this property: it is located in the East Tampa Area, 7/7, yes that is 7 beds and 7 Baths full reno asking 1.7 million.  

We bought in 2010 in the middle of the housing crisis for 180K.

I'm not trying to be an a$$ or attacking you personally; it's frustrating seeing new people post in the middle of a transaction "what's next".
