I am a wholesaler in the Tampa Bay area and I met a gentleman in a local REIA who is flipping a 1.7 million dollar home. I would love to help him with this but I need Ideas on where to find the buyers for this kind of Real Estate. I doubt bandit signs would work in this situation, or would they? But I think it will be tough to get away with bandit signs in the type of neighborhood this property is located in. My first though was snow birds, this would property would make a nice winter getaway for a wealthy northerner but where would I find that person? To give some background on this property: it is located in the East Tampa Area, 7/7, yes that is 7 beds and 7 Baths full reno asking 1.7 million. Now this property is listed so I cant hide my fee in the price. He wants to move it ASAP since the holding costs for this are a nightmare. Any Ideas? PM me if you have any suggestions
