Hi BP community,

I'm a new investor currently evaluating deals in Southern Connecticut/New London County area of Connecticut. I'm interested in buy and hold multi-families and single family flips. Looking forward to networking with this community, particularly folks working in the shoreline area of the Constitution State!

@William Conrad

Hi Will. Your post triggered my keyword alert on Groton! I invest in NL County along the shoreline as well. I know the Groton / Mystic / Stonington area quite well. Would be great to connect at some point and talk shop!
