In our buildings, we have a published chart of the test results for each run (fibre or CAT5/6) to a unit.  

15 weeks of courses Monday-Wednesday nights, from 6-8.I figured it would be better to sign up for an in-person class to minimize my chance of procrastinating or just looking up answers for tests :)

I am throwing around imaginary numbers here, test your market.I would do a market "survey" and see what other similar communities charge for rent and do to prep units for showing.  

Seems as if there is so Many agents and competition that the chance of becoming a successful agent is slim to none. 

It was simple and I passed the test.

Wondering what experiences you all have had with the letters and if anyone has done split testing which ones have worked best (color envelopes, urgent, letter type, etc.)

It's going to be slim pickings for the rest of the year with rents being so high.

This is sort of a test for me.
