I am looking to start investing in the Aurora area near Denver.  I am looking for any advice on how to get started, where to look for good deals, and what NOT to do.  Any help would be very appreciated.  Thanks!

As was said by the great philosopher Winnie the Pooh "the place to start is the beginning." Start with the Ultimate Beginner's Guide here on BP. Attend @Anson Young's Denver Meetup and formulate a plan. Check that plan with some folks here and then execute the plan.
