There's a lot of free research you can do online and specifically on BP on those subjects.My other recommendation would be to go to as many auctions as you can.

Yes Mitch, I'm definitely planning on collecting rents online, but have to honor this existing lease until expires.

Sometimes brokers want too many meeting, but at the minimum they should have one a quarter to keep all there agents up to date.
