Where should I hang my license in OC?

I'm going to be taking my real estate exam soon and am looking for a good broker to hang my license under in Orange County. What are the things I should be looking for in a brokerage? What's important to me is low commission splits, no hidden and extra fees, and to work from home without mandatory meetings. I appreciate any recommendations.
