Thanks,RDIf the market norms are to charge 1 month's rent as the leasing fee, do you really think going with a Property Manager who's only ability to compete is by not charging market prices is the smart play?

He also says that because he is not laid off, he can not apply for unemployment benefits.So I guess, he is playing victim here and I feel like I have no choice but to accept his story.

I just think that if we are going to play a game where tenants no longer have to pay rent for a prolonged period of time and can't be evicted, that landlords should also be able to defer payments up the chain, even those of us who are well-capitalized.
