Is it too soon to panic?

Shayla Collins
Posted

So I closed on my second flip property last month. I was really excited about this one until now! Things seem to be changing daily, for the worse. To those of you who invest in the Atlanta area, how severe of an impact do you think coronavirus will have on the local market? What changes do you plan to make to your investment strategy?

@Shayla Collins too soon to panic, but I would preparing for the worst case scenario.

Can you turn this into a rental if needed?

Can you list lower than you anticipated and be OK with that?

Not from Atlanta, but I'd be considering that if I had a new flip purchased. BP Coronavirus podcast had some good commentary on this.
