I just started listening to the Bigger pockets podcast a few weeks ago and have been binging the episodes.

They may be one who is looking to get rid of the property so bad they'll listen to any creative financing options presented .One of the questions you should to be asking is , how can I wholesale that property if I have to?

I am already listening to the Bigger Pockets Podcast and plan to purchase their books to read.

You should start listening to one or two real estate podcasts in your car.

One of my close friends who is also working in the Real Estate field suggested the biggerpockets podcast and ever since I have loved listening to them and finally made my way to this community.I look forward to talking with others in this community, both newbies and experienced investors, and making some great lifelong connections!

This is my personal opinion and what I would do if I were in your shoes

I have spent hours reading/listening/spending time with investors, and I feel confident in my knowledge (at least the knowledge that it takes to take the first steps in buying a house and starting an investment in real estate).But here is the issue.  

@Christian Weber the first question I would ask myself if I were in your shoes would be, “what do I want; 2x-4x my money in a short period of time (rehab projects) or do I prefer to build long term wealth (rental income)?”
