Hey everyone,

I am new to real estate investing, and I am wondering what books, videos, or other forms of learning material I can study. I am already listening to the Bigger Pockets Podcast and plan to purchase their books to read. I would love to hear your suggestions as well on other things to look at. I am currently a sophomore in college and plan to be ready right when I graduate.
