So lot's of new agents (not all) are about the most dollar they can get as they tend to have big splits with their brokerages being new agents 50/50 or 60/40 etc.My Universe is much different.

(just curious)Check out this for crime mapping: https://www.crimemapping.com/map/location/08401,%2...In my opinion, the radius around Albany ave and Atlantic Ave are good areas for investment purposes (good amount of development, bars, university, restaurants, laundry, etc...)Check out the Chelsea district, around the vacant baseball stadium...I believe this area will begin to flourish within the next couple of years similar to the development being done on the Tennessee ave block.
