Does the termite story carry any weight?

In a way, I place a lot of weight on the descriptions on these listings to help me quickly do a first pass and differentiate an average property from one with potential.

Figured I might get a faster response by calling the BP number on the receipt only to discover via a prerecorded message that there is no telephone support. 

Engineering - is the soil able to bear the weight and infrastructure of construction.

The cost would be relatively similar but prefab might be a little faster depending on the team you work with. 

It works out better and faster, as the old saying  goes: "you get more with honey than vinegar". 

In my experience you are better off  investing in your first single family home rather than setting up a policy.Let me describe my experience, maybe I just had the wrong policy.It took 3 years for my cash value to match what I had put in, so the way I see it I had 0% return for 3 yearsWhen I was able to borrow against the policy, I had to pay it back with interest and still make my premium paymentsAt the end of 3 years, I felt as had I not have the life insurance, I could of just invested it in real estate and grown much faster, especially in the beginning when I needed the liquidity the most.

All in all that point probably doesn't carry much weight.
