Experience with ABODU San Jose

Does anybody has any experience working with ABODU to build out ADU in your backyard

What is the pro and con with prefab vs.custom? I have a craftsman style home and want to make sure the ADU design is in harmony with the main property

I am also curious to learn what kind of tenants it will attract and is the rental price in line with how much someone will pay renting a 1 or 2 bdr apartment? My location is perfect for young professional working in Silicon Valley, easy access time freeway and within convenient distance to target, sprouts, TJ
