Great clean and clear concise goals!

How can I accurately determine the actual expenses for a property including garbage, electric, insurance, sewage, etc.

I handled the remodeling projects my self and only hired out contract work when needed such as electrical license stuff and license plumbing items.

(I am wondering if sending from my own account somehow makes it a prohibited transaction.)Anyone have any good advice about how to resolve this cleanly?

I was thinking I could clean up the lots get them sub divided and ether build a neighborhood that could have 15-75 SFH built or an apartment complex on them.

The liens may have been settled or may be settle by the personif they're amenable to helping you secure a clean title.Did you not check title prior to the purchase, or at the latest prior to investing in the rehab? 

I mostly trim trees, mow yard and clean-up home.

Does your lease state that the premises should be kept clean and orderly?
