You want to provide an excellent product so that you attract the right kind of tenant, but you don't want to over do it either. 

Paramus is a very attractive market.

Typically it's not very attractive with current financials but you have to go with those numbers to underwrite and figure out the best price to present to the seller.

Looks like it will likely be a vineyard primarily for attraction, not commercial production focus, based on the size and location.

When you can look through the eyes of a tenants, maybe you can find things that apply to your property that make it less attractive than you think.

Take a weekend and drive around.....lots of natural attractions and cool little mining and cowboy towns. 

It’s an exciting one to join especially as the city continues to grow and attract new businesses and people.

It's chronically been attracting folks that pay for a few months then stop.

I'm pretty impressed in the level of customization it offers - you can use the 50 templates it comes with but it also offers a lot of capability to do your own thing with it, edit copy, headlines, graphics, etc. $27 a month isn't bad either.

I wonder wether it would attract more out of state investors to Jacksonville, as good publicity is more important then anything else.
