I know you advocate the infinite debt until death philosophy but I value things other than just the numbers.

They think they can just hire joe blow and get it done.

Heck, I could almost buy that house for cash at this point, which blows my mind because it's not like I'm even making crazy money at my day job.Now compare that with this property in my city: https://www.zolo.ca/peterborough-real-estate/154-h...Now, I ran the analysis and if I could negotiate the price down by about 15%, the numbers seem like they would work out pretty well.

Again, I have not done this but it is my basic understanding that as the homeowner you can advocate to find a place that is similar to your home and is close by so you can live the life you are used to.

I am decent at reading people, playing's devils advocate, and not using that perception to assume I am right.

After someone passes the kids get a small stipend based on age to live on and be comfortable somewhat but not blow the money.

I'm not advocating buying or selling real estate just to exploit this (or any) tax loophole.

if you keep it you just blow it LOL. pay it towards your mortgage is my thoughts and what we do.

I haven't had a chance to work with him personally yet, but @Al Neal is a big advocate for Detroit proper around here and seems to know the city well.
